Amateur rights for performance for most full-length plays are
$60 for the first performance and $50 for each additional performance;
for one-act plays, $50 and $40.
Professional rights are typically 6% of gross box office receipts against an advance based on seating capacity, average ticket price and number of scheduled performances.
